The Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) has announced Circular No. 41/2025/TT-BKHCN, introducing the first national technical regulation specifically for 6 GHz wireless access equipment.  The new standard QCVN 136:2025/BKHCN will take effect on January 1, 2027. This applies to high-speed wireless devices operating in the 6 GHz band. On the effective date, the new QCVN 136 will officially replace the old standard QCVN 47:2015/BTTTT. 

 The Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) has Issued New EMC Technical Regulation for Mobile Devices by officially released Circular No. 52/2025/TT-BKHCN on December 31, 2025, introducing the updated National Technical Regulation on EMC. Effective on February 16, 2026. 

Key Highlights: 

-Regulation: QCVN 86:2025/BKHCN. 

-Scope: Covers EMC requirements for mobile terminals and ancillary equipment of digital cellular systems. 

This new standard replaces previous versions, requiring manufacturers and importers to ensure all cellular-related equipment meets the updated EMC limits and testing procedures.
