The Ministry of Communication and Digital (Komdigi) has officially published KEPMEN KOMDIGI No. 569 Tahun 2025 on December 19, 2025. 

This regulation updates the technical requirements for LTE and IMT (5G) devices, replacing the previous KM No. 352/2024. 

Products supporting the b41 (LTE) or n41 (5G) bands that are already certified must undergo re-certification under the new standard starting January 19, 2026.

The regulation covers comprehensive technical specifications, including emission limits and frequency stability, for all LTE and 5G NR equipment operating in Indonesia.

This revised standard ensures that all cellular devices align with Indonesia’s latest spectrum management policies. Manufacturers with active certificates for b41/n41 products must prepare for new testing and application submissions to maintain market compliance.
